Every morning, every new notice on SAM.gov nationwide. Mandra keeps the ones that fit the profile you set — the set-asides you hold, your industries, the states you work in, your value ceiling — and puts the rest out of sight. No keyword alerts to tune, no inbox full of notices for work you do not do.

Reads and lays it out
Ask for a read and Mandra opens the attachments: the solicitation, the specifications, the amendments, the questions and answers. Back comes the scope, the estimated value, whether bonding is required, the site visit and whether it is mandatory, the Q&A cutoff, the submission method, the forms you have to return — and a plain list of what the model was unsure about.

Helps you work the bid
Pursue it and the rest of the job is laid out too. Subcontractors local to where the work is. Outreach you can copy and send yourself. A link each sub opens on a phone to put their number in. A pricing sheet that computes your self-performance percentage as the quotes come in. Then the package documents.

Seven lines, and every one of them is a decision or a message with your name on it. That is the arrangement, not a stage we intend to grow out of.
Nothing is sent, and nothing is submitted
Mandra stops twice and waits for you. The first time is after the read: pursue or skip, and it does no sourcing work until you say. The second is before a bid package is marked ready — you approve it, or it stays a draft.
Between and after those two points, every email is one you send from your own address and every submission is one you make yourself. Mandra has no way to contact a subcontractor and no way to file a bid. That is deliberate, and it is not changing.
A tab for each certification you hold
Set-aside work is not a filter buried in a settings page. Tell Mandra which certifications your business holds and each one becomes a tab across the top of your list, counted, so you can look at one pool at a time or all of them together.
